Her goal in her journey of fitness is to help motivate others be the best they can be, in whatever avenue they choose.
I would like to do a power lifting competition, I just need to work on my bench because we don’t do bench at all. My dead lift and squat weight is pretty impressive for my size, my squat is 315lbs, and dead lift is 245lbs.
I will definitely be competing in 2013. I love this Sh**! (Laughs) All I have to say on that is, just be ready for me. =)
Having my son makes me want to be healthier because I want to lead by example for him. I want him to see me being healthy and active, and I want the same for him. I feed my family the same foods I eat because I want them to be as healthy as possible.
I focus more on my competitions and what I need to look like for them. If I was strictly modeling I would do much more cardio, and very light weight as to not bulk up as much as I try to for competitions.
